The Challenge

TechRecruit Solutions needed a modern platform to replace their outdated job listing system. They required a solution that could handle high volumes of job postings and applications while providing intelligent matching capabilities, real-time notifications, and comprehensive analytics for both employers and job seekers.

Our Solution

We developed Insyght using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) to create a scalable and responsive platform. The solution includes advanced features such as AI-powered job matching, customizable company profiles, application tracking systems, and detailed analytics dashboards.

Technology Stack

Frontend: React.js, Redux for state management, Material UI and Tailwind CSS for responsive design, and Socket.io for real-time notifications. Backend: Node.js with Express for API development, MongoDB for database, JWT for authentication, and AWS S3 for resume storage. We implemented CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and deployed the application on AWS using Docker containers.
